Brief

Moray Supports Refugees had recently achieved charity status having originally formed as a regional division of a Highland-wide charity. The charity had branding in place but wanted to increase awareness about the work they did and attract new volunteers and donations. 

Approach

After consultation with the board members and volunteers, a set of marketing materials were designed to reinforce commitment amongst existing donators, and to raise awareness of the charity at events and drop-off points.

  • updated social media logos, covers and info
  • window stickers for drop-off points

Outcome

Use of the new marketing materials resulted in higher donations and new volunteers. There was also an increase in local businesses offering to provide drop off points. Volunteers reported back that they spent less time fielding enquiries regarding opening hours and location.
